Registration

I understand that participating in Konkan Trail 2026 involves risks like injury, illness, or property loss due to physical effort, weather, or terrain. I voluntarily agree to abide by terms and conditions prescribed by Green Trail Foundation without any coercion or pressure of any kind. In consideration of being allowed to participate in the activity, I hereby agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk

I affirm that I am over 18 years old, in good health and I voluntarily participate in this Trail, assuming all risks, including injury, disability, or death.

2. Compliance & Responsibility

I agree to comply with all instructions provided by the organizers and guides or instructors, including safety guidelines, equipment usage, and behavioural guidelines and I understand that failure to do so may result in my disqualification without refund.

3. Liability

I hereby release Green Trail Foundation, Sindhudurg and its affiliates from all claims or liabilities, damages arising from my participation, including those due to negligence.

4. Indemnification

I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Organizer from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) incurred due to my participation, including any claims by third parties arising from my actions.

5. Medical Authorization & Insurance Waiver

In case of medical emergency, I authorize the Green Trail Foundation, Sindhudurg to arrange medical treatment at my cost and I acknowledge that the Foundation provides no insurance coverage for the same.

6. Photo & Media Release

I grant Green Trail Foundation the right to use my name, email address, photographs, and videos for promotional and commercial purposes without any compensation.

7. Force Majeure

The Green Trail Foundation, Sindhudurg shall not be liable for refund of registration charges in case of change in the event rules, format and dates, due to unforeseen circumstances like natural disasters, government orders, or security concerns.

8. Jurisdiction

This event shall be conducted in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Sindhudurg District, Maharashtra.

Declaration

I have read and understood the terms & conditions and acknowledge that it cannot be revoked under any circumstances. I agree that my e-signature or acceptance through an online form shall have the same legal effect as a physical signature.
